Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear and personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original box along with all tags, accessories, and the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point using our free return shipping label or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
